Our business is not just focused on meeting our customer’s expectations; we want to exceed them: from the courteous and efficient phone conversation when you first call for help, through to delivering your car to the door, on time and better than it looked before the accident.

It’s not about the superficial things like our magazines and complementary coffees in reception – it goes far deeper than that.

It’s about the work that goes on behind the scenes. Recruiting people who take pride in their work and constantly training them so they can improve in their abilities. Managing schedules so our customers get a prompt and efficient service, while making sure our staff also have the time to do their job properly, without cutting any corners.

This process of improvement is never ending: all our customers are given a questionnaire to rate our service.

It’s always nice to hear the many compliments, but it’s the occasional negatives that we really appreciate – they show us where we could do better.
